PICKUP

We take great care with your order to ensure that it is ready for pickup at optimal condition. To ensure that your order does not get too hot, we reserve your order in our fridge until it is picked up by you, our customer. 

When weather reaches extreme temperatures, we advise for you to put our products in the fridge as soon as possible.

Les Dimanches Pâtisserie will ask for the customers to check their ordered items prior to leaving our premises in Fremantle Markets, if products are found to be damaged, please tell us immediately during collection. We will take no responsibility for melted products or damaged products after collection at our shop, as it was checked and confirmed to be acceptable during collection.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that are not collected from the our shop in a timely manner. Any orders that are not collected on the designated pickup date will be cancelled, and we will not be able to offer any refunds or replacements in any form.

 

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Please order carefully as we cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of the product.

We can only cancel and refund your order if we are notified 48 hours prior to your pickup date. Once your order has left our kitchen we can no longer process a refund.

If your Les Dimanches Pâtisserie purchase is faulty, please email us at lesdimanchesperth@gmail.com or send us an enquiry through our Contact Us page.

When writing your enquiry, please make sure that the item must be as complete as possible and in its original packaging where possible, and you must provide your receipt of purchase.

Please also incllude the details of your product purchase, its handling and storage and the product fault.

We note that refunds will not be available where the product problem has been caused by you not properly handling or storing the product, or not eating the product within its designated shelf life. 

We will then conduct a thorough check on that particular batch of items, and if items are found out to be faulty, we will issue a full refund and offer a free new item for you to be picked up at our shop in Fremantle Markets Stall Y1.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Prices of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the ldpastry.com.au website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing, however, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website is accurate, complete, current or error free. Some products on ldpastry.com.au may not be immediately available for despatch due to circumstances beyond our control, however we will advise you of any delays as soon as possible once your order has been placed. We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove, or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

PAYMENT

Les Dimanches Pâtisserie uses Shopify as our payment gateway provider. To ensure your complete safety, we do not store your credit card details in our database, they are instead stored with Shopify.
