Refund Policy

Please order carefully as we cannot accept exchanges or returns of our items due to the perishable nature of the product.

We can only cancel and refund your order if we are notified 48 hours prior to your pickup date. Once your order has left our kitchen we can no longer process a refund.

If your Les Dimanches Pâtisserie purchase is faulty, please email us at lesdimanchesperth@gmail.com or send us an enquiry through our Contact Us page.

When writing your enquiry, please make sure that the item must be as complete as possible and in its original packaging where possible, and you must provide your receipt of purchase.

Please also include the details of your product purchase, its handling and storage and the product fault.

We note that refunds will not be available where the product problem has been caused by you not properly handling or storing the product, or not eating the product within its designated shelf life. 

We will then conduct a thorough check on that particular batch of items, and if items are found out to be faulty, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.
